Incorporation:
REIDEN DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT and MARKETING CORPORATION (formerly REIDEN MARKETING BUSINESS CORP.) was established as a sole proprietorship in 1986, thereafter it was registered in SEC on February 15, 1990.
Business Background:
As a trading firm, the company used to supply Procter and Gamble with coconut shell chips locally and at the same time was actively exporting coconut charcoal shell powder to Japan until the more substantial coconut trees in Southern Luzon were cut-off and made into coco-lumber.
Since then up to present, Reiden has shifted its operations to commercial space leasing, buy and sell of properties, development, commercial space sub-leasing, exhibition organizing and participation as well in exposing its own products, importation and distribution of a variety of product lines. From 1990 to 1996, Reiden’s other projects were spinned-off which resulted to formation of other affiliate companies.
1986-1989: International: The Company had an activity in Exports of coconut-shell charcoal, coconut and other coconut by-products; paper-maché; animal-skin (snakeskin and frogskin) for wristwatches and bags; fashion-accessories and costume jewellery.
[Exports had to stop in 1989 due to lack to coconut and coconut-by products shortage.] The animal-skin, paper maché, fashion accessories and costume jewellery had likewise been halted due to limitation of the sourcing network, which was dependent on the coconut and by-products operations.
Locally, the company has pioneered in packaging rice and special rice-grain repacking and packaging, better known then as the “PHILGRAIN” brand. Main market are the Supermarket catering to A, B, C market.
1991: Actively handled marketing and exclusive distribution of “commemorative car plates” and other souvenir items for a national event, the Southeast Asian Games in Manila, Philippines.
The Real Estate Department
1991: Has started to form – with activity and thrust focused on organizing commercial space leasing for short-term purposes.
1992: Stabilized long-term commercial space development and leasing. Concentrated in leasing and sub-leasing or sub-letting of commercial spaces after improvement.
Late1995: Cultivated Exclusive Distribution and marketing for IMPERIAL INK of Singapore, Inctec of Japan, products from Netherlands (Holland), United Kingdom among other countries where a variety of consumable products for graphic arts supply, blankets, solutions, ink, paper, specialized paper were imported and sold to agents and end-users like printing companies and institutions, publishers, newspaper-printers.

Other ink line catering to packaging (pulp or woodfree based) companies. The particular feature of Reiden’s Ink and Graphic Arts supply line is its being environmentally-friendly substances which provide economy and superb printing quality.
1996-1997: The Ink Division actively promoted ink and graphic arts supply products. Had a market share of at least 20% of the total market demand for full color printers, medium to high-end market.
1998: The company in general ventured into a leverage buy-out of select companies with substantial asset-holdings, mismanaged or lacked operating capital, then, the Real Estate Department undertook the sales and management of the assets, real estate and equipment. Actively managed, Office Space Leasing.
1999: The company’s Real Estate Division sold properties acquired in the leverage-buy out deals, meanwhile, the Ink and Graphic Arts Division had slowly lessened the Importation and Distribution of Ink and Graphic arts supply in projection of a weaker market for year 2000, an offshoot of the 1997 sudden devaluation.
2000: The Company temporarily halted importation of Ink and Graphic Arts Division and focused on collection, and maintained collecting commissions on indent orders.
2002: The concentration in the Real Estate Department’s office space and commercial space leasing involved development of areas or stalls ideal for C, D and E market and parking spaces leasing. This involves the maintenance and improvement of its commercial spaces, office spaces, parking spaces and handling the leasing activities.
The Ink and Graphic Arts Division was totally absorbed by Marketing Department for the collection of commissions on indent orders on Ink and Graphic Arts Supply. Direct importation for distribution is projected to be active only after the US Dollar has been stabilized.
The Marketing Department
2003: The Marketing Department ventured in the sales and distribution of furniture, chandeliers, accent pieces, décor and other products of its kind from Europe and other Asian countries.
2005: The Marketing Department started its own production and distribution of Collector Item Frames, accent pieces and Memo Pad art prints- collection, carrying its own label Reiden.
2006: The Marketing Department included in its tie-up distribution of Grandfathers Clocks – manufacturer of which was founded in 1915. Manufactured by a leading wood clock maker in Asia. Expert in mechanical clock movement. Years of successful business cooperation with traders all over the world, especially in North America, Europe, Middle East. Choice supplier of popular chain store like QVC, JCPENNEY, WAL-MART, HOME DEPOT, and so on.
2007: REIDEN's Core Officers and Consultants have made an in-depth study for the formation and nationwide distribution and of solar consumer products, solar power systems and wind turbines.
Launching is set for last quarter of 2007.
